Responsible for patient care management that includes the evaluation, fitting and follow-up care for all medical devices for the Hamilton Medical Walk-In Clinic locations.
Assist physicians with the evaluation and analysis of the patient’s need for medical devices including custom orthotics.
Identify and reconcile issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with devices provided.
Ensure highest standards of patient care are provided to all patients, including adequate follow-up with patients and physicians.
Review new techniques and materials to ensure widest range of flexibility and services offered.
Assist patients through insurance claims process.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as a team member.
Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office an asset.
Deliver educational presentations to small groups.
Experience in health care highly valued.
Knowledgeable in basic muscular-skeletal anatomy.
