Our Client located in Guelph, Ontario has asked us to assist them in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer (Injection Moulding).
Minimum of 3 years in an Automotive manufacturing environment as a Manufacturing Engineer
Minimum of Engineering Degree or equivalent
Knowledge of Injection Moulding Process and Machinery
Knowledge of Polymer Science Technology
Mould Composition and function knowledge
Strong mathematical skills
Engineering application software skills to include CAD package designs
Strong problem solving skills & troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of safety codes
TS16949/ISO 14001 knowledge to include SPC; Control Plans; PFMEAs, etc.
Responsible for all activities that involve the initial design, manufacture, integration, and installation of new production equipment
Support machine/process breakdown that occurs in the moulding facility of the plant
Responsible for all activities involving the successful start-up of new moulds at DENSO and at the suppliers
Support Tool & Die for mould breakdowns and repairs
Responsible for the successful completion of all engineering changes that cover moulded components and their related secondary processes, for both DENSO and parts supplied by DENSO suppliers
Responsible for any processing issues and secondary assembly processes that occurs in moulding or issues related to the quality of moulded components
To create, develop, design, manufacture, assist, install, and maintain all technical/production functions, processes, equipment, etc.
