The Event Planner is responsible for the timely planning, execution, and follow up of all events. The Event Planner is the key contact for all booked clients of Hacienda Sarria. The position reports to the Event Manager. Event Planner must be a Certified Planner with a minimum of one to two years field experience.

Candidate must show strong signs of organization, able to demonstrate knowledge of the industry, be creative, accurate, and always have a professional presentation. Candidate must work efficiently and independently to meet schedules, assignments and projects, always working effectively with teams to meet common goals and administer and direct the work within areas of responsibility.

Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends and have their own transportation.
