Frantic and short staffed, little time for proper training

Unreasonable staff cuts has resulted in frantic environment where support staff are expected to know an extensive lot of controls, regulations, and procedures, with little to no training. During probation period, if mistake occurs, Management does not assist in resolving, but rather shames the staff member in a group environment. Excessive rules become obstacles to onboard new clients. Branch environment somewhat toxic.
