Provide administrative support to 2 Certified Financial Planners, process trades, submit applications, keep track of daily agendas, prepare for meetings, contribute towards agreed business targets. Communicate with clients, develop relationships with product providers, update and maintain CRM.

Must have worked in similar role having supported CFP's. Must have CSC and CPH with the ability to become IIROC licenced. Familiarity with Dataphile an asset. Strong MS Office required. Minimum 3 years Financial Industry experience required
