We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk.

Position Summary:
To keep Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable up to date, and perform general office duties.

Work Performed:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash management
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Covering the front desk for meal breaks and vacations.
  • Keeping various audit schedules up to date.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable is required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Simply Accounting experience is required.

Employment Information:

  • $14.00 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Two weeks vacation.
  • Group health benefits after completion of the probation period.
