HR Transformations’ growing business is looking for experienced CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, ERP CHANGE MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADS, and OD CONSULTANTS.
Work from your home office or on client sites, and contribute your client management experience and extensive knowledge in change management, organizational development and / or organizational design. You’re comfortable working with an established boutique firm and look forward to furthering your successful track record of delivering the results clients want. You are comfortable being engaged either as an associate consultant or as a permanent, full-time employee.
*Change Management Consulants*: You have experience in one or more aspects of change projects in business strategy, structure, culture or technology (ERP implementation experience is particularly valued). Willingness to travel for extended time periods is an asset.
*ERP Change Management Team Leads*: In addition to your proven skill in change management for major ERP implementation projects, you have experience leading change management teams responsible for planning and executing all aspects of change associated with ERP implementations. Willingness to travel for extended time periods is an asset.
*Organization Design Consultants*: You have practical experience working on organization design projects that span from diagnosing current state barriers to results, through to redesign and action planning for sustainability.
*Organizational Development Consultants*: Your track record includes success on projects to increase organizational effectiveness, such as strategic and business planning, facilitation, team and leadership development, and talent management.
