The Occupational Health Nurse is a primary service provider for HEALTHSERV's clients in the industries and trades across Saskatchewan. HEALTHSERV(SASK) is a private occupational health service provider, specializing in independent medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and hearing conservation. Responsibilities include: excellent physical assessment skills which include blood draws, hearing tests, pulmonary function tests, and respirator medical fitness. Other duties include immunizations for the travel clinic and occupational vaccines. The ideal candidate is a RN or RN(NP) in the province of Saskatchewan. Certification as an OHN in Canada is an asset. In-house training is provided as needed. Must be competent and confident to work independently in a one nurse clinic, and must have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be able to travel to job sites in SK.
