The Customer Service/ Account Representative reports directly to the Operations Manager. S/he is responsible for responding and attending to the needs of HD Printing Press clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Ideal Candidate: 2 - 5 years experience
Salary/ Compensation: $11 - $15 per hour
- Provides assistance to customers on order inquiries including in-store inquiries, online and phone inquiries
- Creates and maintain online customer service center accounts and updates
- Process orders and work in liaison with the production department
- Processes online customer account creation
- Responds to feature-related questions/ changes
- Promote HD Printing Press solutions and services to in-store customers
- Provide pricing information and aid customer estimate requests
- Maintain account records and job ticket creation/tracking
- May be required to proactively contact customers regarding their service and or account for special projects and promotions
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Proficient computer skills, email, word processing &, spread sheets.
- Experience in sales and marketing is considered an asset;
- Strong problem solving and prioritizing ability;
- Enthusiastic with a desire to succeed in a highly competitive environment
- Demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and handle many things at once.
