We are seeking a capable, organized and energetic Digital Analyst. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of business, marketing, data analysis, statistics, research and social media. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a strong and seasoned leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess primary and secondary data sources to provide advice on campaign strategies
  • Apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources
  • Communicate with clients in the analysis and reporting processes
  • Design reporting templates/dashboards and establish an automated processes for their production
  • Collect data, analyze trends, identify strategic recommendations and present them in a Logical manner
  • Write clear, concise PowerPoint presentations summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications
  • Drive understanding of website optimization through best practice sharing
  • Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple “listening posts”
  • Provide recommendations based on web optimization, site tagging and reporting, including A/B testing strategies

Requirements & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, data analysis or finance
  • Three or more years of database marketing and digital analytics experience
  • Three or more years at an agency in an interactive or database marketing role
  • In-depth understanding of digital media measurement, analysis, creation, tuning and optimization and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of standard reporting and document tools
  • Experience reporting of multiple sources such as outbound email results, PPC and online ads, social listening, and/or SEO
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, SAS and SPSS, considered an asset
  • Deep knowledge of business, marketing, data analysis and statistics
  • Functional experience with online analytics, measurement and reporting
  • Ability and drive to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently
  • Strong initiative and a positive attitude
