We are a boutique law firm in Vaughan, and we seek a skilled IP (Intellectual Property) administrative assistant who can manage an active patent and trademark legal practice. At least one year of experience in an IP firm is preferred, but at least three years office experience is mandatory.

ONLY those candidates who have SUPERIOR attention to detail, and who are highly ACCURATE in their work, even while handling multiple priorities, should apply.

An on-the-ball person, with the requisite office experience, who works well in a fast-paced environment, will do well in the role. This role will also entail invoicing and some work with numbers, therefore previous experience working in accounting is also an asset, however, proficiency with numbers is ESSENTIAL.

Salary commensurate with skills and experience. We would consider regular part-time hours as an option.

Only those candidates who prefer to work in a small, professional office in the north end of the city, and who are known for their accuracy and attention to detail, should apply. This is a small, beautifully furnished, 4 - 5 person professional office, with an upbeat, flexible, busy environment.
