Pros: friendly co-workers, great and helpful visual department, games in the break room.
Cons: have to wait a long time for career advancement, long and grueling schedules, incompetent department managers.
A typical day at work consisted of putting clothes back from the fitting room to the sales floor, and cashier duties. I learned how to effectively help and communicate with people and how to deal with stressful situations, such as incompetent managers. Managers sometimes forget that their employees in their department are not slaves; they are people – more... who can only do so much. Co-workers are very friendly and helpful for the most part. The hardest part of the job is the long and grueling schedule, especially when you are closing. The most enjoyable part of the job is the breaks, because of the games that they have, such as Connect 4 and UNO. – less
