We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced Branch Office Administrator for our Winnipeg Branch.
The primary role of the Branch Office Administrator is to assist with the management of the day to day office functions within the Branch.
- General office reception duties/answering all incoming calls/dispatching calls
- Head Office and regional correspondence
- Branch Manager support
- Sales staff support
- Type quotations
- Creating (PO’s), pricing and invoicing work orders
- Petty Cash – administer and reconcile
- Inventory control
- Ensure technician’s complete timesheets, code and input data into labour program
- Branch filing
- Other duties as assigned
These duties must be carried out and completed in a timely and accurate fashion as certain deadlines must be met.
Completion of high school, College/ University Diploma or degree preferred
The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, analytical and accurate and have a minimum of 3 years office administration experience. This position requires a customer oriented individual with strong communication skills who is able to work independently.
Should have a minimum of 3 years office administration experience
