The Manager of Fund Development at Grove Park Home reports directly to the Administrator of the Home and works closely with the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for all fundraising.
The Director of Fund Development is responsible for the development and implementation of a
comprehensive fundraising program that includes: Annual Giving, Corporate Relationships ,
Employee Campaigns, Foundations, Major Giving and Planned Giving.
All segments of the programs are to be aligned with Grove Park Home’s over all objectives, mission, vision and established annual budgets.
As a member of the executive management team, this individual will be actively engaged in ongoing organizational and strategic development.
It is a requirement that the successful candidate will be a confident, self-directed and results-oriented senior front-line fundraiser. Management skills and experience are necessary for this role. As a sophisticated, confident communicator, you bring a proven track record for building relationships and securing philanthropic commitments from individuals and corporations.
