WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • As part of a team serving a handful of clients, you will support colleagues and ensure our customers are delighted.
  • Help travelers & corporate travel arrangers plan and book their travel.
  • Build relationships with your clients, learn their preferences and offer them options based on price, preference and their overall travel experience.
  • Provide expert advice to help clients make the right decisions regarding airlines, airports, hotels and other aspects of corporate travel.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Must be bilingual in English and French.
  • You love getting to know clients and building professional relationships in person, over the phone and virtually.
  • Responsible, dependable and can be counted on to go above and beyond.
  • A self-starter who is willing to present new ideas both to clients and to company management.
  • Diploma in tourism, or a travel related certification.
  • More than 1 year of experience as a corporate travel agent.
  • Working knowledge of Concur and either the Sabre or Travelport GDS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is also required. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
