I have worked for this company a little over a year. In general, i do not have anything negative to say about the people and work place. I have enjoyed my time here, but am looking for a job where my professional skills will be showcased and appreciated.

-Very high expectations of customer service, at times unattainable -High wages only in management -Hours cannot always be depended on, even if you are in a position of seniority -Easy work, not always enjoyable -Promotes internally -Easiest position is sales associate or stock associate -One of the hardest positions is Visual Assistant Manager -Inconsistent communication
