Executive/Personal Assistant
Reporting to: Partner

Location: Downtown, Montreal, Qc. Canada
Position status: 1 year contract.
Compensation & Benefits: to be discussed (depending on experience)

Company profile: Our Client is privately-held Canadian company specializing in the management of commercial office space.
They are looking for a person who will provide administrative and personal support to the partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of reports, letters and other documents
  • Agenda management; meeting, room bookings, coffee, etc.
  • Travel arrangements (itineraries, train tickets, flights, hotel and car hire
  • Expenses
  • Handling telephone calls promptly, in an efficient and helpful manner
  • Provide superior personal assistance

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Perfect master of the English language, fluent in French
  • Above average knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Requirements:

  • DEC in bureaucratic support preferred
  • Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously
  • Must have an adaptable, keen and flexible approach
  • Professional manners
  • Diplomatic, discreet, attention to detail
  • Excellent proof reading skills

Rôle: Vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien administratif et personnel au partenaire.

Responsabilités:

  • Préparation des rapports, des lettres et autres documents
  • Gestion d’agenda; réunions, réservations de chambre, café, etc
  • Arrangements de voyage (itinéraires, billets de train, vols, hôtel et location de voiture, etc)
  • Les dépenses
  • Traiter les appels rapidement, d'une manière efficace et utile
  • Fournir une assistance personnelle supérieure

Exigences:

  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais, parle couramment le français
  • Parfaire maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et Outlook
