Permanent Full Time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Two 10min breaks and a one hour lunch)
- You will be providing Customer service support over the telephone.
- Call Center/Help Desk environment.
- Incoming calls from clientele in the United States.
- Required Microsoft office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 – 2 years in a call center or help desk environment.
- Spanish speaking is an asset.
- Good English verbal communication skills. (90% of our customers are U.S. based)
