Contract: approx. 1 month
Location: Quebec City
- Provide administrative and secretarial support as required
- Learn and perform basic administrative duties
- Simple document creation
- Make routine decisions within established policies and procedures
- Receptionist duties as required
- Lots of document manipulation
- Must use printers and finishing machines for binders
- Had a good eye for quality checks
- Professional and patient
- Must be flexible on occasion to support customer on off hours
- Ability to work in an empowered environment under some direct supervision
- Word processing/typing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
