Position: On-Call Field Service Representative (Copy/Mail)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist/Operate a variety of digital print and copy equipment to facilitate completion of orders
  • Process inbound and outbound courier shipments by Purolator, UPS and other couriers
  • Sort, deliver and collect mail to and from designated areas
  • Provide reception/concierge duties and customer service support as required
  • General upkeep of designated meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Assist with mail slot changes and moves
  • Assist with supplemental office services
  • Other duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent and upbeat attitude, with the ability to maintain a professional image at all times
  • Able to adapt to different work settings with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience using UPS, Purolator and FedEx shipping systems (an asset)
  • Knowledge of copiers and finishing machines (an asset)
  • Completion of secondary school plus 6 months to 1 year experience in mailroom / customer service or office services environment
  • Must have access to a vehicle daily
