Job Title: Field Service Rep (On – Call)

Location: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensure site safety policies are followed and maintain First Aid Kits
  • Communicate all activities and issues to with manager on a daily basis
  • Process inbound and outbound courier shipments
  • Sort, deliver and collect mail to and from designated areas
  • Provide reception/concierge duties and customer service support
  • Assist with mail slot changes and moves
  • Provide training and assist staff with printing, binding and records retention/retrieval
  • Operate, service and repair a variety of digital print and copy equipment
  • Perform bindery operations
  • Proof original job copy of sample to confirm accuracy of job specifications before completion
  • Monitor and maintain printers/copier/fax machines
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Six months to 1 year experience in mailroom/customer service or office services environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Email
  • Strong problem solving decision making skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Able to adapt to different work settings with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital copiers, printers and finishing machines
  • Access to a reliable transportation daily
