Competitive pay based on experience

Welcome and service clients at the business centre counter
Provide receptionist support for office
Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure visitors login and access badges are signed in/out
Maintain supplies for copiers, printers, and fax machines
Report temperature control concerns to maintenance
Assist with pilot tests and survey information
Provide shipping and receiving support
Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure safety policies are followed, including locking and unlocking certain areas
Act as liaison between national records coordinator and client
Provide supplies for conference rooms
Prepare the monthly job activities report
Maintain Service Delivery Management (SDM) records for receipt of service equipment (e.g. date, serial number)
Other duties as required

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with LotusNotes is considered to be an asset
Knowledge of Internet and e-mail programs
Effective communication both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 6 months experience in client services
Experience with printers, copiers, and faxes
Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally/regularly
