PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
i. Establish effective working relationships with external customers
ii. Educate customers on best practices to identify, eliminate and solve pest problems.
iii. Sales Duties including acquisition of New Clients and Product Sales
iv. Keep abreast of Greenshield product/ service offerings and industry conditions, to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/ elimination solutions.
v. Use technology to manage structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
vi. Manage and administer day to day schedule for established route and one time sales. Work with Office Administrator to schedule clients within an expected timeframe.
vii. Maintain flexibility to adjust your day to assist customers in around-the-clock, multi-tasking, fast paced environment
viii. Ensure proper care of Greenshield capital including vehicle, tools, and service materials
ix. Use Integrated Pest Management in all aspects of service
x. Collect Payment from Customers in various methods
xi. Assist other technicians in large projects
xii. Provide 24/7 emergency response for 1 week within Tech rotation
xiii. Collecting and Maintaining potential customer database
xiv. Travel as needed throughout Greenshield Service areas
xv. Other duties as needed.
Service to Kingston, Quinte, and Brockville Areas

Minimum Qualifications Required
- An understanding of the Pest Control Industry and Products
- Able to lift 40lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to use various tools effectively
- Minimum Structural Exterminators license from the MOE
- Other Pest Control Licenses are beneficial
