We are looking for a graduate Mechanical or Process engineer to join the company as a Field Service Engineer in our office in Burnaby, BC. The successful candidate will support Flotech’s growing number of biogas upgrading plants in Canada and the US and likely also receive training assisting the commissioning and start up for our European plants as well. The successful candidate will be capable of providing sound commissioning, troubleshooting, problem solving, and service work for Flotech’s biogas upgrading systems to meet contractual and customer satisfaction requirements. Strong project management, cost control and client management skills are a must.
Applicants should also be highly motivated, with a willingness to learn and to grow with the business.
- Mechanical or Process Engineering degree
- Some related work experience, especially for the commissioning and start up of process equipment
- Good teamwork, problem solving skills, and works well with clients
- Good organization, time management, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Solid computer skills
