through the past three years i have learnt how to set applicable targets, rewards that comes with reaching the targets, therefore give the client every incentive to match or exceed their targets. learnt how to act as the bridge between the factory the sales company and the clients.Managing everything from production deadlines, pricing, and the expansion of the clients market or product segments.
co-workers are all very hard working individuals, but at times can not preform to their maximum potentials due to limited resources.
hardest part of the job is we have to manage absolutely everything regarding to the order, from promotion and launching of new products, to how to price, how to expand. and internally we will have to deal with every that is merely in relation to this order, sometimes as extreme as if the raw materials cannot come through, we will have to go to the factory over the night shifts to resolve these problems.

Todos os dias era um desafio a parte, metas que sempre buscava alcançar. Aprendi varias coisas tive oportunidades não na área de controle de materiais mais sim em outras áreas como operação de maquinas, a gerencia de boa personalidade não tenho o que reclamar, meus colegas fantásticos ate hoje cultivo as amizades que lá criei, a parte mais dificil era lidar com o calor mais nada de abusivo, era ótimo esta ali todos os dias cada um conhecimento novo uma política nova de trabalho.

The organization is very flat and everyone is encourage to do what they're passionate about. Another strength of GREE is a lot of very skillful engineers and creators. The only and critical flaw is that there is little leadership in this company and they do not have a culture to invest on people to grow up. As a player, it is a great play ground with full of potential, only if you can break through the organizational challenge though.

Co-workers are amazing and great to work with. Life to work balance can get a little out of hand with work requiring a lot of time but other than that, GREE is a great place to work. Compensation and perks are great. Location of work is also great.
