Primary Role – Assist Finance and Sales in the documentation flow from arrival to delivery. Support back end operations. Gather finance information to increase finance sales. Look for opportunities to increase sales of both trucks and financing.

Finance Duties

  • Promote financing through the dealership;
  • Initiate finance application with customers face to face;
  • Discuss rates and payments;
  • Sell finance products – Life, Disability & Gap insurance;
  • Make occasional sales calls with the sales staff;
  • Look for opportunities to increase business;
  • Assist in closing difficult sales with financing

Sales Admin Duties

  • Create and maintain files for all new units (pre-bills, work sheets, final bills, purchase proposals, invoice requests and warranty registration);
  • Compare new pre bills against previous pre bills for each unit, noting code and pricing changes;
  • Maintain various spreadsheets for large purchasers, updating truck build dates, MEO’s, PO’s, delivery location, and invoicing dates;
  • Complete warranty process (completing documents and tracking down unsigned warranties);
  • Collect and track all truck deposits / down payments;
  • Monitoring unit locations (units in rig-up);
  • Liaison with service and parts;
  • Initiate lean searches;
  • Ordering/Copying/Filing NVIS cards;
  • Back-up Reception coverage;
  • Providing necessary information to insurance companies on customers behalf;
  • Other Sales-related administration as required;
  • Complete finance Files, gather documentation for internal/external finance companies.



  • AMVIC licensed
  • PPSA certification
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Able to make independent decisions
  • Initiative to increase productivity
  • Ability to expand role/responsibilities and develop position
