Job Summary

Responsible for Client Print Group Deskside Support and Service

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Provide structured, innovative customer service for print and scan related requests, such as training, diagnosis and resolution for enterprise network printing/scanning issues for 10 to 15 ‘Service Tickets’ per day
  • Deployment, installations and maintenance of USB/Network print and scan devices in accordance with procedures
  • Over the phone support to on-site clients locally and off-site clients in remote field locations
  • Follow through with problem resolution, incident reports, requests, and changes to service tickets in accordance with client operational standards and high attention to detail
  • Coordinate service calls with 3rd party support providers
  • Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
  • Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Work Environment

  • Office Tower environment
  • Deployments require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely or with assistance

  • Windows Device Drivers, Print Spool Server
  • Professional Designation(s) for Print Services
