Take care of all IT supplies
New employee set up (desk, phone, basic supplies, waste bins)
Oversee all office supply inventories and ensure adequate stocks maintained and most advantageous prices are achieved.
Negotiates agreements, pricing and manages relationships with all office/facilities vendors.
Supports members of the management team as required.
Perform on-boarding orientation & policy training for all new employees.
Update and maintain employee handbook.
