You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries). A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets.
100% responding to inbound customer calls. Responsible for servicing customers with their banking requirements. (i.e., applications for new accounts, banking plans, access cards, money wires, payment of bills) and making recommendations of additional products and services to add value to the client's portfolio.
- Strong Computer skills: you should have solid understanding of downloading web applications and web troubleshooting

25 hours per week. Could be scheduled to work more than 25 hours per week as needed by the business, up to 37.5 hours per week.
For the fully rotational shift candidates must commit to being available to work a variety of rotating shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 12:00am (midnight) Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays.
FOR STUDENTS: School schedules can be accommodated. Students will be required to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. They must provide their manager with a copy of their current class schedule. These agents will not be scheduled to work during their regular class times. Also they must be fully available for the full time training schedule as noted below.
The first day of work will be Monday January 14th 2013. The first six (6) weeks will be full time training between the hours of 12:00pm (noon) and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. An additional week of full time training will be conducted in March between the hours of 12:00pm (noon) and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.
