Some Great People
Infrastructure Architect (Former Employee), calgary, abJanuary 19, 2015
There were some really great people there. If you're looking for a mid-level technical job it's great!

There's really no room for advancement as the management structure is set and has been that way for years.

Also once you have mastered all of the basic technologies it is likely time to move on. The more complex and enterprise opportunities are not there.

However, if you wish to work in small to medium sized companies and enjoy juggling many clients this is probably a good environment.

SBTS Technician (Former Employee), Calgary, ABOctober 25, 2013
Pros: work life balance
Cons: boring position, no room to advance
A typical day: Too much coffee, onsite client visits or remote troubleshooting.
What I learned: An easy job is not rewarding.
Management: Good management - too many chiefs.
Co-workers: Great co-workers.
Hardest part of the job: Trying to stay awake.
Most enjoyable: Time spent with my family.
