ADDITIONAL position with rapidly growing corporation in the financial industry:

- Handle daily office operations including correspondence and arrangements with advisors, carriers, clients as well as vendors
- Support business workflow and new business generation
- Assist in special events such as marketing campaigns and corporate functions
- Manage office premise and facilities

- Language proficiency: English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative work in a corporate setting
- Experience & knowledge in the financial industry preferred
- Mature, responsible and take initiatives
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
