Grande Prairie Place Enterprises (214 Place Administration) is currently seeking an energetic and resourceful Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with exemplary customer service skills. The successful candidate will be a team player who is also able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering and directing calls; taking messages as required.
Greeting customers and assisting with general inquiries as first point of contact.
Completing various clerical activities, including but not limited to data entry, sorting/filing, photocopying, faxing, organizing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, generating and formatting reports, and other duties as assigned.
Two to Three years’ experience in an office environment necessary.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Good communication skills, pleasant telephone manner and a high standard of professionalism.
Excellent organization skills, and attention to detail a must.
Ability to work in a team environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
