Human Resources - Part-time Scheduler-Staffing (Current Employee) – Kitchener, ON – 1 October 2013
It is a privilege to be a part of GRH. My job as a scheduler is demanding and plays a very important role in maintaining patient care. Meeting deadlines, communication, and accuracy are important aspects of my job. At times, you cannot always grant the requests of staff. Ex: TIME OFF; therefore, unpleasant situations may often arise. I have learned not take my job personal. My greatest goal is to work the best of my ability and take all measures possible to assist in maintaining the needs of the organization.
Management recognition is evident after deadlines have been met
Oncology Volunteer (Current Employee) – Ontario – 18 March 2018
The hospital provides a great environment to learn and be apaort of a larger time that is workign together to achieve a common goal. I've develped better peopel skills, as well as how to react in difficult situations.
Full time employee (Former Employee) – Lab – 9 March 2018
Dysfunctional environment...cares more about making profit than employee satisfaction. Communication is non existent unless you happen to be in the room at the time - No room for advancement unless you tell management what they want to hear.
