Full time Maternity Leave position with possible extension.
Duties include: answering phones, booking appointments, scheduling 3 labourers, quoting small jobs, invoicing, matching packing slips with invoices, search and provide pricing for auto glass, reconcile debit machine and float.
2-3 years office and customer service experience
Completion of high school, completion of college or technical training
Knowledge of Mac OS, Windows, General office equipment, Accounting software.
