Establish and maintain sales accounts and provide various application solutions to assigned customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the scope of products and services within existing accounts.
Expedite sales orders with the Inside Sales Representative.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to provide products and services to new accounts.
Maintain contact with management, purchasing, maintenance and technical personnel within existing accounts.
Communicate customer inventory replenishment needs to Inside Sales Representatives.
Advise customers on new product availability.
Negotiate warranty settlements and quality concerns as necessary to maintain positive customer relations.
Works with Inside Sales Representative to keep account activities and records up to date.
Identify and institute procurement cost reduction opportunities for the customer.
Establish pricing contract product materials.
Perform miscellaneous duties and assignments deemed necessary by the General Manager.
Generate various sales and inventory usage reports as required.
Inspect returned goods for eventual disposition.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, establish territories and quotes to accommodate Corporate goals and objectives. Periodically review progress of strategies with Sales Manager to achieve assigned performance and sales goals.
Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
