Delivery/Collections Specialist (Former Employee) – St. Catharines, ON – 8 May 2013
I worked here for just over a year and it was turbulent time. There was little room for advancement and the pay increase didnt happen. Had to deal with people with little credit that were on many occasions defensive and confrontational. Repossessing furniture it was made me quit, had a gun pulled on me by a "customer" who didnt want to return their very late unpaid products and was already headed to jail.
Delivery/Leasing Specialist /AMIT (Former Employee) – Glace Bay, NS – 8 November 2017
If you have no life or a conscious well then grate place for you, But if you looking for a place for you to grow and be respected then run as far away as you can .Pan handling is a better carer choice .
Leasing Agent (Former Employee) – Bc – 29 October 2017
The manager was very misleading. He outright lies to customers and expects others to cover for him. Training was next to nothing. Sit you in front of a computer for a day or two to watch videos then expect you to be good enough to work on your own. started off full time and was cut back to part time after three months. Pay was decent. this job is basically telemarketing. You will spend most of your time on the phone calling people every day. You are not allowed to lease or buy used furniture if you work there
Pay was okay
Lying to customers. Not full time hours. Telemarketing.
