A typical day at work consisted of getting acquainted with the day's tasks, discussion with the colleagues on specific tasks and their completion within stipulated time, addressing to issues and monitoring data flow, execution of programs and/or scripts for proper data processing and elimination of ambiguity and/or incorrect data issues, coordinating with the data source and local repository for missing data and incorrectly executed processes. Attending to calls regarding to similar issues and providing resolution on call or/and on software platform.

Management : Inspirational, Knowledgeable, Guiding and Supportive.
You can never depend on your manager to stick up for you or any of the higher management for that matter. Managers do not bother taking feedback or improving the situation for employees. However, since I directly worked for a Client team, compensation benefits (which were directly paid by the Client) were really good.

• Worked in OTC Derivatives department for Reconciliation and Documentation process. • I was responsible for reconciling transactions made between client and counterparty. • Chasing and follow up on breaks arising and resolving them on priority. Worked on critical clients like Alphadyne, Nisswa, Overland, Clarenroad ect. • Responsible for timely execution of Month ends and break resolution.
