The primary purpose of the Senior Manager, Human Resources is to act in the capacity as a business partner to client groups and to serve in a manner that supports and models the company’s values. The Senior Manager, HR leads in a manner that fosters employees as clients so that HR is viewed and used as a neutral source of counsel and communication. S/he will provide advice, coaching, support and counsel to line management in the effective and efficient management of departmental operations in respect to HR issues. S/he will also provide support in employee relations, implement recruitment and retention initiatives and provide advice on organizational development and performance management initiatives.
