Office Manager / Executive Assistant
This is a multi-faceted role that requires a flexible, highly organized, business savvy individual, who is insightful and thrives in a fast-paced environment where changing priorities are the norm
Your role will be critical to our business development/administration and providing office support to remote projects in challenging environments

-Running office
-Working with CEO as executive assistant
-Completing business projects
-Creating/implementing admin. and business processes
-Coordinating between departments to resolve admin./ops. problems
-Working with chief accountant on book keeping and data entry issues
-Maintaining QuickBooks general ledger, KPIs, financial reports
-Tender searches
