∗ Ability to multi-task.
∗ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∗ Investigate support issues in sequence and in a detailed fashion.
∗ Assist clients via web-based chat software, email and telephone.
∗ Deliver clear explanations on performing both simple and complex tasks primarily with multiple versions of software applications and operating systems.
∗ Other tasks as detailed below:
∗ Revise online knowledge base as required.
∗ Rapidly and efficiently resolve complex problems in your field of expertise for clients.
∗ Administrative Duties such as e-mail management, documenting, etc…
∗ Personal growth through independent learning and some formalized training.
∗ The role involves shift work hours to be explained to qualified candidates.

Job Requirements (Must have):
∗ Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in French and English
∗ Ability to type a minimum of 35wpm.
∗ Excellent problems solving abilities with the goal of seeing a problem through to its resolution.
∗ Vendor certified in area of expertise.
∗ MCP, CCNA, MOS-Master or equivalent experience (1 year) with Microsoft desktop environments.
∗ Ability to work with limited supervision.
∗ Ability to work in a team environment.
∗ 1 year as any or all of the following:
∗ Help Desk
∗ In-home PC repair service
∗ Trainer / Instructor
∗ Teaching Assistant
∗ 1 on 1 desk-side tutor or coach

∗ Cisco Routers and Switches
∗ Microsoft Office (all versions)

∗ Spyware and Antivirus applications
∗ Instant Messaging clients - MSN, AOL, Yahoo, etc.
∗ Digital photography and/or video
∗ Smartphones (iOS, Android, Blackberry)
∗ Web page / site creation
∗ Macintosh OSX and applications
∗ CD and DVD creation
∗ Programming Languages
∗ VB, .NET, C, C++, Java, Perl, XML, UML
∗ Databases
∗ MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2
∗ PC/Network Security
∗ Internet Servers and Web Development platforms
∗ Websphere, IIS, Apache, etc.
