The Project Manager works closely with the company Founder to manage an expansive list of tasks related to a variety of projects in which Global is involved. Acting as an assistant to the Founder, the Project Manager coordinates, collates, disseminates, schedules, delegates, and organizes information and tasks to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects and ensure quality service to Global clients. The Project Manager acts as an intermediary between the Founder and Global contractors, ensuring efficient communication between all team members involved in projects.

- Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher and Visio)
- Strong Internet research skills and technologically savvy (iPhone knowledge an asset, as is the ability to quickly learn and use Internet tools like Survey Monkey)
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Highly organized (you’re the one people come to when they need something organized) and you’re great at setting up efficient systems
- Experience in the medical field is a bonus, but not a requirement
Beyond the skill set listed above, we’re looking for a person who has the rare combination of working exceptionally well with very little supervision, and having excellent communication and people skills. We want someone who’s intuitive and has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when direction is not immediately available. Critical thinking and initiative are vital to this role, as is the ability to deal with the stress of project demands and deadlines. In fact, you’ll be a fit if you thrive on the fast pace and challenge of managing a thousand details resulting in the smooth completion of projects and tasks. You also have the maturity to handle setbacks and challenges, and are able to deal with all types of people without getting flustered or taking things personally. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. This is a challenging and diverse role and we’re looking for a high performer who will take on the challenges with enthusiasm and energy.
