This is full-time one-year term position, with the potential to grow into a permanent position. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Manager of AED Sales Programs to assist with activities in Global’s AED (Automated External Defibrillator) sales department. The primary focus for this position will be to administer Global’s AED programs. We are looking for someone who will help us deliver an exceptional customer experience in all aspects of AED sales and support. The job will also include some inside sales, attending trade shows and other sales events, preparing reports, providing administrative support and assisting the sales department with increasing AED sales annually.
