The Project Coordinator will support in the coordination of files for internal and external clients by performing all duties professionally and efficiently.This role will also manage and gather documentation to support the development of technical reports and to maintain internal and external client files.
" Manage and track client files from acquisition to completion
" Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly project status and file invoicing reports
" Coordinate shipments of files for offsite storage
" Organize and manage internal database
" Proofread and edit engineering reports prior to issuing
" General clerical duties including photocopying, filing, fax, mailing, reception coverage
" Develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies
" Provide general support to Senior Team Coordinator as required
" Minimum 1-3 years office experience in project coordination capacity - preferably in the professional services industry
" Ability to quickly identify and support needs of external and internal client base
" Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
