Reporting to the Service supervisor, this position requires an individual to provide frontline customer service while representing both the company and the product in the filed. Daily Responsibilities include assisting with the completion of warranty repairs, product replacements, lockout procedures as well as handling general product inquires.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
1 - 2 years glazing experience
Experience with window/door installations
Physically fit, safety oriented and a strong mechanical aptitude
