Hours: Mon. - Fri. from 8:00 to 5:30, with an hour lunch break.
Job Description: The parts advisor speaks with customers to aid the technician in determining parts required for repairs. Also responsible for helping walk in customers in choosing necessary parts and ensure the customer is aware of the product line. Expected to promote and maintain sales for the parts department.
Promote and maintain excellent customer service.
Help maintain inventory.
Assist with phones, back counter sales, front counter sales, wholesale sales.
Provide price quotes.
Understand vehicle mechanics and be knowledgeable about various warantee programs.
Generate stock orders as recommended.
Collaborate with the Service Department for parts availability and issue of parts.
Prepare orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.

- Applicants for this position should have well-developed abilities to converse with clients
- Must have a spotless criminal record check and a valid BC drivers license
- The successful candidate must be self-motivated and a positive force within the Parts team. Constant product and program training will be a must. Must have previous part advisor experience.
- Computer skills are required
