Location: BMW/MINI Nanaimo

Position: Sales Administrator

Hours of Work: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch break

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Description:

Success in this position depends on superior organization and time management as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The Sales Administrator is an active member of the sales team, and is an instrumental part of the dealership. The position offers a great open door to a career on its own as well as a lot of potential for growth within a reputable company and globally recognized brands. Please direct your attention to the duties listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the BMW/MINI Nanaimo inventory on the various websites
  • Manage the appearance of the sales and promotional material in the inventory on location
  • Intake new vehicles and trade insurance
  • Ensure that sold vehicles are processed properly post sale
  • Prepare PO’s for preparation and reconditioning of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Maintain filing systems for new and pre-owned inventory
  • Maintain inventory reconciliation
  • Assist the marketing department in weekly advertising of vehicles
  • Manage customer loaner vehicles
  • Answer overflow phone calls and assist customers when needed
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom and customer lounge
