My day is usually fast paced with a lot of communication and time management involved.

I have learned to handle others mistakes quickly and graciously.
The management consists of people that are very good at helping customers but not solid and organizing a operating – more... company.

My co-workers are mostly capable of handling the light duties that are assigned to them.

The hardest part of the job is trying to stress the importance of making wise decisions to people that don't care about the profit of the company.

The most enjoyable part is that I get a discount on car parts which is my hobby. – less

Driver deliver auto parts, stock shelves. Give customers their part in a timely matter and the right part.

Small store, very rural, so you get to know the customers very well.

If you want to stay here you have to fit in the click. Their is poor management & the people do not train you very well. You might as well learn everything yourself. Worst job experience of my life!

Many deliveries where interaction with customers are a plus. The hardest about this job is nothing, I've learned the city and routes given. The most enjoyable part of this job is smiling on a daily basis with colleagues.

Taking care of local business. Everyday was a learning experience. The hardest part of the job was having to collect payments on accounts.

This was a good place to work but the pay was low for the amount of stress.

Worked in the Coppell warehouse where when trying to get the job done they take help away from you and put them in other areas where help is not really needed. It put stress on the other people who are working hard. Then you get fussed at or written up for the most minute discrepancies. They intimidate people acting like this is the first and last job – more... you will ever have. Also when you try to talk to management they rarely listen and won't take advice from more experienced workers or who have more know how to help in making the job more efficient to get done. – less

Management holds grudges

i work at a fast pace pulling orders for approximatly 100 stores while assisting the stock crew members when they have a question.has a good team spirit everyone works good together

From my experience there it goes I got constantly led on about full time I wasn't allowed to take more then one break and lunch in 8 or more hours then apon leaving the company they lost my last paycheck making me make a half dozen phone calls looking to be told I will have to wait up to another week to get it.

I liked comin to work every day because my job was exciting plus.I learned how to u a scanner and now I no how to scrap down a load.MY boss was cool and I liked working with my co-workers loading a 1000 peice truck and can;t find the parts u need thats the hardest part of the job.When u finish loading everything on ur truck that was the most enjoyable – more... part to me. – less

A typical day at work was spent driving from client to client, delivering the products they ordered. In this job, I was able to learn about different automotive parts and got a behind-the-scenes view of many garages, both smaller businesses and larger settings.

Good work environment, nice co-workers. Good training. High level of customer service.
