Pros: good atmosphere. nice people.
Cons: bad pay. lack of upward mobility.
This is a good starter job. Something to do in college or when you're figuring out your life. Or if you're a bit older and want something easy. But it isn't a career. There just aren't enough positions for people to move in to, so eventually you end up waiting for someone to move, get pregnant or retire so that you can get a promotion.
The people are great though, and the managers are great people. It's just an environment where you will have to settle eventually.
