Pros: fellow employees
Cons: balancing work and life
I loved the people i worked with! Free cereal was another great benefit. A Typical work day is working your machine and just making sure it is producing the product. The most difficult part for me was balancing work and life. I never seemed to get caught up on sleep... and did not like who i was becoming because of it.
