Truck Driver (Current Employee) – Teeswater, ON – 8 January 2014
I pick up and deliver milk on a daily basis. I learned what it takes to work as a team. The management does not help me out. Co-workers are easy to get along with. Hardest part of the job is dealing with management, in fear of my job, always being threatened. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing all the people at other plants that I get along with.
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) – Hamilton, ON – 3 October 2017
Great place to stand around and do minimal work as the leadhand and supervisor are self absorbed with there own lives.Hourly wage isn't competitive enough and with only a 19 cents as a raise wasn't enough to stay after that
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) – Guelph, ON – 21 June 2012
I was on rotating shifts, days, nights and afternoons. I learned so much about the dairy industry. It was an incredible management team and my co-workers made coming to work a pleasure. The hardest part of the job was dealing with a few employees who did not want to participate in procedures and policies.
